This policy explains what information Summit Heating & Air LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible: the site runs no advertising trackers and, by default, sets no cookies.

Information we collect

The only information you actively provide is through our contact form. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. We use these details solely to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

How your form submission is handled

When you send the form, it is transmitted to our website’s own submission endpoint and delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. Your message is processed only to reach us; please review Resend’s privacy policy for how they handle email in transit.

To reduce spam, the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused alternative to CAPTCHA. When JavaScript is enabled, it loads a small script from Cloudflare and performs an automated check to confirm you are human. Turnstile is designed not to track you across sites for advertising. If you browse with JavaScript disabled, the form still works and this script does not load.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may automatically record limited technical information — such as your IP address and browser user agent — to deliver the site, keep it secure, and defend against abuse. This is standard operational logging, not analytics profiling. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Embedded map

Our contact page embeds an interactive map served by OpenStreetMap. When that page loads, your browser makes a request to openstreetmap.org, which necessarily shares your IP address with the OpenStreetMap Foundation so the map can be displayed. This request is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. A plain “View on OpenStreetMap” link is provided as an alternative. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Fonts and other assets

Fonts, images, and scripts used by this site are served from our own domain. We do not load fonts, stylesheets, or scripts from third-party content delivery networks, and we run no advertising or social-media tracking pixels.

Cookies and analytics

By default, this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing on the site attempts to identify you or follow you across other websites.

Your choices and rights

Because we only hold what you send us through the contact form, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete that information at any time by emailing hello@summithvac.example. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we will do our best to honor them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the services we rely on change. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.
